Ingredients for Pancake Recipe

  • 1 large orange
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated coffee
  • 2 eggs
  • 90 g granulated sugar
  • 65 ml of vegetable oil
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 180 g flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 5 g vanilla sugar

For the cream;

  • 1 pack of whipped cream
  • 300 ml cold milk

Making a Cake with a Pan

For the cake, first, peel the orange and cut it into cubes. Take it in a bowl and add Nescafei to it. Put the ingredients through the blender until they are pureed and mixed with the blender.

In another bowl, take the eggs and granulated sugar for the cake batter. Mix the two ingredients until foamy. Take the liquid oil and milk on these mixed ingredients and whisk until mixed.

Add the orange mixture you prepared to the mixed liquid ingredients and whisk until mixed again. After the liquid ingredients are mixed, sift and add the dry ingredients.

Mix the cake batter until it has a homogeneous consistency. Use a non-stick pan to cook the mixed cake batter. Scoop some of the cake batters into the pan, pour it, and spread it.

Pour into the pan in a slightly thicker layer than the crepe. Cook on low heat with the lid of the pan closed until the cake is dry. Prepare all the cake batter in this way.

For the pastry cream, take the pastry cream and milk in a bowl. Beat the cream until it thickens. Prepare the cake with the cakes and cream you prepared. Spread the remaining cream all over the cake and the sides.

Decorate the cake with pistachios and cake decorations. You can serve it by slicing it after keeping it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
