- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons of Water
- 4 Tablespoons of Flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
- For the Cream:
- 3 Cups of Milk
- 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of Flour
- 2 Tablespoons of Starch
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 4 Tablespoons of Frothed Whipped Cream

- 1 Pack of Frothed Whipped
- FIG
- Walnut
- cinnamon
Preparation of Fig:
- For our Fig Cake Recipe, We first start preparing the cream. Pour 3 glasses of milk into the pot.
- Add 1 cup of powdered sugar to it. Add the flour, starch, and vanilla. We put the cream pot on the stove. We cook by stirring constantly with a whisk, and the consistency of the cream thickens and we take the pot from the stove after it becomes eye-catching.
- Let the cream cool. On the other hand, we are preparing the cake of our fig cake. Crack 4 eggs into a large bowl. Pour 1 cup of powdered sugar on it. We mix it with a mixer.
- After the egg and sugar are mixed well, add 4 tablespoons of water to it. We mix. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla. We mix our cake mix. We lay the greaseproof paper on the floor of our clamp cake mold.
- We empty the cake mortar we prepared on it. Let it cook in a preheated 180-degree oven. Bake the cake until it turns pink. We take the baked cake out of the oven. We leave it to cool.
- Remove the cooled cake from the springform cake tin. Then we cut it sideways into 3 parts. We place the mold with the floor removed on our flat serving plate. We place the bottom base cake inside the mold. On the other hand, add 4 tablespoons of whipped cream to the cooled cream.
- Mix thoroughly with a mixer. We pour half of the cream that is ready on the cake base. Flatten it with a spatula. We break the walnuts with our hands and sprinkle them on the cream. On the other hand, we slice the figs into thin circles.
- Arrange the figs on the walnuts. We sprinkle cinnamon on it. Then we place the second layer of the cake base. Separate some of the remaining creams and pour it on the cake. We straighten it. We arrange crushed walnuts and fig slices, respectively.
- We sprinkle cinnamon. We put the last layer of cake on it. Spread the remaining cream on the cake. We apply the foamed whipped cream by smoothing it with a spatula.
- Finally, we decorate the top of our cake with fig slices. We rest our fig cake in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- We carefully remove our rested fig cake from the clamped mold. We prepare our fig cake by slicing.
