Easy Fruit Pie Recipe ingredients

  • For Cake:
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅔ cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of milk
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • 1+ ⅔ cup flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa
  • For Cream:
  • 2.5 cups of milk (half a liter)
  • ⅔ cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of starch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • In and On
  • desired fruits

Fabrication:

  • 20 ya da 22 cm’lik kelepçeli kalıbın tabanına yağlı kağıt koyun.

  • Kuru malzemeleri de ilave edin ve mikserin düşük devriyle çok az karıştırmaya dikkat ederek unu karışıma yedirene kadar çırpın. Bu işlemi kaşık veya spatula ile de yapabilirsiniz. Hamuru kalıba döküp üzerini düzeltin ve 170 derece ısıtılmış fırında 40-45 dakika pişirin. Fırından almadan önce temiz ve kuru bir kürdan yardımıyla içinin pişip pişmediğini kontrol edin. Keki fırından alın ve iyice soğutun.

Krema İçin:

  5. Add the dry ingredients and beat with the low speed of the mixer, paying attention to mixing very little, until the flour is incorporated into the mixture. You can also do this with a spoon or spatula. Pour the dough into the mold, smooth it out and bake in the oven heated to 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, check whether the inside is cooked with a clean and dry toothpick. Remove the cake from the oven and cool thoroughly.

  7. Put all the cream ingredients except vanilla into the pot and cook by mixing with a wire whisk. You should cook it on low heat so that your cream does not smell of flour.
  8. When your cream thickens and becomes eye-catching, turn off the stove and add vanilla and mix well. Cool the cream thoroughly.
  9. Shaping the Cake:
  10. Place a small plate on top of the pastry cake that you have cooked and cooled thoroughly. Leave about an inch of space around the edges of the cake. Cut the cake deeply bypassing the edges of the plate with the help of a sharp knife. Carve your cake from the cut and place the cake pieces on another plate.
  11. Once the inside of the cake is agitated enough, first put ⅓ of your cooled cream inside. Arrange the cut fruit on it. Spread the crumbled cake pieces that you have set aside on it and flatten them by pressing with the back of the spoon.
  12. Pour ⅓ of your cream again, then line up the fruit and place the cake pieces again. Put the remaining cream on the top in a piping bag, squeeze it as you wish, and decorate with fruits.
