Ingredients for Apple Roll Cake

  • For the dough;
  • 3 eggs
  • Half a glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of milk
  • 1.5 cups of flour (Let’s add it under control)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla
    For the apple mortar️;
  • 5 apples
  • Half a glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Walnuts or hazelnuts upon request

How to Make Apple Roll Cake Recipe?

  1. First, let’s grate our apples and take them to our pan.
  2. Add sugar and cinnamon to it and cook until the water is absorbed.
  3. Let’s take our water-absorbing apple mortar on a greased paper-lined tray and flatten it.
  4. For our dough; Let’s froth eggs and sugar well.
  5. Let’s add milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla and get a fluid dough.
